摘要 目的控制和减少HIV、HCV、HBV感染"窗口期"成分血用于临床,降低输血传播相关疾病的残余风险。方法建立并实施成分血检疫期保存与追溯性报废制度,将冰冻血浆和冰冻红细胞等实施9-12个月检疫期保存,抗-HIV、抗-HCV和HBs Ag检测阳性者,追溯性报废其尚处于检疫期保存的成分血。结果方法简单,切实可行,既不影响日常工作,也不影响临床使用需求;2013年度追溯性查找比例为1:102(444/45 329),成分血追溯性报废比例为1:855(53/45 329)。结论对预防和减少经输血传播HIV、HCV、HBV感染,控制经输血传播相关疾病,将会起到事半功倍的作用。 Objective To control and reduce the clinical usage of blood components that are HIV, HCV or HBV infected during the "window period," and to reduce the residual risk of associated transfusion-transmitted diseases. Methods A quarantine policy of blood components for preservation and retroactive retirement was established and implemented. Frozen plasma and frozen red blood ceils were preserved for 9 to 12 months during quarantine period. Those blood components which were tested positive for the presence of anti-HIV, anti-HCV and HBsAg would be scrapped retrospectively. Results This method was simple and practical. It would not affect routine work and did not affect the clinical use requirements. In 2013, annual retrospective inspection achieved a ratio of 1 : 102 (444/45 329 ). Retroactive retirement of blood components reached a ratio of 1 : 855 (53/45 329). Conclusion To prevent and reduce the rates of transfusion transmitted HIV, HCV and HBV infection, a strict control on curbing the spread of diseases by blood transfusion will play a muhiplier effect.
