输血前后患者血液生化指标的改变及原因分析

Effects of transfusion on blood biochemical parameters and its cause analysis

目的回顾性研究输血对患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、AST线粒体同工酶(m-AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)等指标的影响。方法收集42例输血患者输血前和输血24 h后血清标本用于检测ALT、LDH、AST、m-AST、TBIL、DBIL指标。结果输血后ALT、LDH、AST、m-AST、TBIL、DBIL分别是输血前1.07、1.56、1.20、1.58、1.55、1.81倍,其中LDH、AST、m-AST、TBIL、DBIL显著升高且具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输血可引起LDH、AST、m-AST、TBIL、DBIL等指标显著改变。

Objective To investigate changes of alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）, aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, AST mitochondrial isoenzyme （m-AST）, total bilirubin （TBIL）, direct bilirubin （DBIL） between pre-transfusion and post-transfusion. Methods 42 transfusion patients were detected with ALT, LDH, AST, mAST, TBIL, DBIL at pretransfusion transfusion and 24 hours post-transfusion. Results Post-transfusionRresults compared with pre-transfusion results, the levels of ALT, LDH, AST, m-AST, TBIL and DBIL increased by 1.07,1.56,1.20,1.58, 1.55 and 1.81 than before. The levels of LDH, AST, m-AST, TBIL, DBIL after transfusion increased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Blood transfusion can induce increases in LDH, AST, m-AST, TBIL, DBIL.
