摘要
交通运输与区域经济发展之间存在着密切的相互作用关系,二者之间的协调程度对于整个系统的集成、优化具有重要意义。本文在对综合交通与区域经济适应性影响因素进行系统分析的基础上,从总量适应度、能力适应度和效率适应度三个维度构建了综合交通发展与区域产业结构适应性评价指标体系,基于信息熵理论对其行了定量分析。以湖北省为例,进行了适应性评价。结果表明,构建的评价指标体系及方法有效。
Close interaction exists between transportation and regional economic development. Their coordination degree is significant for integration and optimization of the whole system. We construct a comprehensive traffic development and evaluation index system of regional industrial structure adaptability from total fitness, competency and efficiency adaptabilities based on system analysis of comprehensive traffic and regional economic adaptability factors. We also perform a quantitative analysis based on information entropy theory. Adaptability evaluation is done, taking Hubei province as an example. Results show that evaluation index system and the method are effective.
