盐城市畜产品质量安全管理对策研究

A study on the countermeasures for quality and safety management of livestock products in Yancheng city

近年来盐城市畜牧产业发展迅速,对地区经济发展的作用和贡献越来越大。但随着养殖规模的扩大、畜产品流通的频繁,加强畜产品质量安全管理、避免安全事件的发生已成为一个亟待解决的问题。笔者对盐城地区的畜牧养殖户、加工企业、管理部门等进行了走访调查,分析了盐城市畜产品质量安全的发展现状和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

In recent years, there is a rapid development in animal husbandry industry in Yancheng city of Jiangsu province, which takes a grow- ing role and contribution to the regional economic development. However, strengthening safety management and avoiding the occurrence of safe- ty accidents have become an urgent problem with the expansion of the breeding scale and the frequent circulation of livestock products.
