摘要
为了研究日光暖棚饲养条件对绵羊羯羊屠宰性能和胴体品质的影响,试验采用30只10月龄的绵羊羯羊为研究对象,预试期前根据体重随机分为2组(A组、B组),分别在普通羊舍和日光暖棚内进行育肥,育肥期40 d。试验结束后各组随机选择7只试验羊对其宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重、骨重、内脏脂肪重、皮下脂肪厚、水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分含量进行测定,并计算出试验羊的平均日增重、屠宰率、净肉率、胴体净肉率、内脂率、骨率、骨肉比和眼肌面积等指标。结果表明:A组和B组试验羊的屠宰性能和胴体品质指标差异均不显著(P>0.05);在采食量无明显差异的情况下,B组试验羊平均日增重为0.185 kg,显著高于A组(P<0.05);同种环境下B组试验羊臂三头肌与股二头肌粗灰分含量差异显著(P<0.05)。
To study the influence of the breeding condition of sunlight greenhouse on slaughter performance and carcass quality of wether sheep, 30 wether sheep at 10 months of age were used as a research object, and then were randomly divided into two groups based on body weight be- fore the pre -feeding period, itwluding group A and group B. The two groups were fattened in a general sheep house and a sunlight greenhouse for 40 d, respectively. Seven experimental sheep were randomly selected from each group, respectively; the sheep were used to dotermlne their live weight before slaughter, carcass weight, meat weight, bone mass, visceral fat mass, subcutaneous fat thickness, moisture, crude protein, crude fat, and crude ash contents, while the related indicators of experimental sheep were calculated, including average daily weight gain, dressing percentage, meat percentage, meat percentage of carcass, interual fat percentage, bone rate, ratio of meat to bone, eye muscle area, etc. The results showed that there were no significant differences ( P 〉 0.05 ) in the slaughter performance and carcass quality between group A and group B. The average daily weight gain of experimental sheep in the group B was 0. 1846 kg, which was significantly .higher ( P 〈0. 05 ) than that in the group A under the condition without significant difference in the intake. The same kind of envinmmental testing sheep in differ- ent parts of the test data shows that there was a significant difference ( P 〈 0, 05 ) in the crude ash 'between ann triceps and biceps femoris of experimental sheep from the group B in the same kind of,environment.
