关于马跛行诊断教学模式的探讨——中西医结合马跛行诊断计算机辅助教学模式的建立 被引量:1

摘要 随着中国现代马业的迅速发展,对专业马医人才的需求逐年递增,如何进行中国现代马医人才的培养,将是我国兽医教育界面临的严峻问题,以改进和提升马病诊疗方法为基础的新型临床教学模式的建设十分必要。马跛行是马临床最常见的症状之一,学会正确的马跛行诊断方法是马医毕业生所需具备的一项重要技能,但是目前全国兽医院校对该项技能的培训都非常有限,因此笔者就我国现行马跛行教学问题进行探讨,并对如何建立中西医结合跛行诊断计算机辅助教学模式做了分析。希望通过建设马跛行诊断系统而改进马跛行诊断教学模式,从而提高兽医学生临床跛行诊断能力,为加强我国专业马医的培养提供参考。 With the rapid development of China's modern horse industry, the demand for the professional talents of equine veterinarian is yearly increasing. How to train talents of Chinas modern equine veterinarian will be a serious problem faced by veterinary educational circles in China, it is very necessary to improve and promote a new clinical teaching model based on the diagnosis and treatment of equine diseases. Horse lame- ness is one of the most common clinical symptoms in horses. To learn correct diagnosis method of horse lameness is an important skill for equine veterinary graduates. However, the training for this skill in the nationwide veterinary universities and schools is limited at present. Thus, the au- thor discusses the current teaching problem for house lameness in China, and analyzes how to establish a computer - aided teaching model for the diagnosis of horse lameness with integrated traditional and western medicine. The author hopes to improve the teaching model for horse lame- ness diagnosis through the construction of a diagnosis system of horse lameness, thereby improving the clinical diagnostic capability of veterinary students for horse lameness and providing a reference for strengthening the training of professional equine veterinarians.
