摘要
通过计算得知焦炉煤气压缩后爆炸极限上限大大增加,增加了爆炸危险。将焦炉煤气和天然气压缩至同一压力,焦炉煤气所需压缩功大于天然气。通过比较压缩因子可知,压缩到一定压力后,焦炉煤气的可压缩性变差,压缩后的体积大于按理想气体压缩后的体积。但是通过对气体稳定性分析可知,当焦炉煤气被加压后组分之间并不能发生化学反应,气体稳定性较好。因此,从安全性和经济性角度,焦炉煤气制压缩燃气是不可行的。
More calculations were made and the results showed that the upper limit of explosion limit of coke oven gas was greatly increased, which increased the risk of explosion. Compressing the coke oven gas and nature gas to the same pressure, the needed compression power of coke oven gas was greater than nature gas. By comparing the compressibility factor, it can be known that the compressibility of coke oven gas was poor, and the volume of compressed gas was larger than that of ideal gas. But by the analysis of gas stability, during the compression process, the chemical reaction can't occur, the gas stability of coke oven gas was better. Therefore, through the safety and economy aspects, it was not feasible to compress gas production from coke oven gas.
