摘要 以LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物)为基体树脂,ATH(氢氧化铝)为主阻燃剂,白炭黑为阻燃协效剂,LLDPE-g-MAH(马来酸酐接枝线性低密度聚乙烯)为高分子相容剂制备低烟无卤阻燃LLDPE/EVA护套料。研究结果表明,白炭黑能在共混物的表面形成玻璃态无机碳化层,提高共混物的氧指数,以LLDPE-g-MAH作为共混体系的相容剂能够改善LLDPE/EVA护套料的力学性能、加工性能和阻燃性能,且随着相容剂含量的增加,机械强度逐步改善,加入少量的DCP(邻苯二甲酸二壬酯)也能改善共混物的机械性能及加工性能。 Non-halogen flame-relardant cable was prepared with LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene ) /EVA (vinyl acetate copolymer) as the matrix resin, A1 (OH)3 as the major flame retardant, white carbon black for flame retardant association effect agent, the LLDPE-g- MAH (maleic anhydride graft linear low density polyethylene ) for polymer preparation compatibilizer with low smoke halogen-free LDPE/EVA sheathing components. The results of the study showed that white carbon black can blend in the surface of the glass transition form of inorganic carbon layer, improve the blend of the oxygen index. Compatibility agent using LLDPE-g-MAH as blending systems can improve LLDPE/EVA sheath material mechanics properties, processing performance and flame retardant performance. Along with the increase of the content of compatibility agent, mechanical strength gradually improved. A small amount of DCP can also improve blend of mechanical orooerties and Drocessing properties.
