软锰矿共存杂质对脱硫和浸锰作用的研究

摘要 通过正交实验研究了软锰矿中的杂质在烧结烟气脱硫时的共同作用,研究结果表明:在脱硫影响实验中,钙、镁因子的影响非常显著,铁的影响显著,硅、铝、镍的影响不显著;对于锰的浸出率来说,硅,钙的影响非常显著,铁影响比较显著,镁、铝、镍影响不显著;这六种杂质对脱硫率和锰浸出率存在一个与软锰矿中对应杂质的最佳比值,脱硫率的最佳比值是:1∶1,1∶1,2∶1,2.5∶1,1∶1,1∶1;锰浸出率的最佳比值是:1∶1,1.5∶1,1∶1,1∶1,1∶1,1∶1。 Through the combined action of orthogonal experiments, the impurity in pyrolusite in sintering flue gas desulfurization was studied. The desulfurization effect of the results of the study showed that in the experiment, the effects of calcium, magnesium and iron factor was very significant, significant effect, effect of silicon, aluminum, nickel is not significant ; for the leaching rate of manganese, silicon, the influence of calcium was very significant, significant effect of magnesium, iron, aluminum, nickel was not significantly affected.
