朝鲜当归源紫花前胡素对LPS损伤THP-1细胞的研究 被引量:2

摘要 THP-1细胞在佛波酯(PMA)的作用下,分化为巨噬细胞样细胞后进行脂多糖(LPS)诱生炎性细胞因子,探讨朝鲜当归源紫花前胡素对LPS诱导TPH-1分泌肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的调节作用。结果表明,紫花前胡素能够提高LPS所致PMA诱导分化的THP-1的细胞活力的降低,并抑制LPS诱导产生的炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β和MCP-1。紫花前胡素对LPS损伤的THP-1细胞具有保护作用,可能是通过抑制LPS刺激细胞所诱生的炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β和MCP-1的水平而发挥炎症调节作用实现的。 To investigate the protective effect of decursin on LPS-induced toxicity in THP-1 cells and its underlying mechanism, the cell viability, TNF-α content, IL- 1β content and MCP- 1 content in LPS-induced toxicity in THP- 1 Cells with and without coenzyme decursin were detected. The results showed that decursin reduced LPS- induced cytotoxicity in THP-1 cells. Treatment of cells with decursin diminished intracellular generation of TNF-α, IL-1β and MCP-1 in response to LPS. Decursin augments cellular anti-inflammatory defensed capacity, thereby protecting the THP-1 cells from LPS-induced toxicity.
