摘要
采用共沉淀法制备Fe、Co、Ni、Cu类水滑石催化剂,以Y、Zr、La、Ce为助剂进行掺杂。在高压连续流动固定床反应器中考察水滑石类催化剂催化合成甲基二氯化磷的性能,并对工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,类水滑石催化剂中Ni-Mg-Al三元催化剂表现出很好的催化活性;助剂La、Ce的加入可明显提高催化剂稳定性。当Ni∶Mg∶Al∶Ce=10∶20∶10∶1时,在反应温度300℃、压力1.0 MPa、空速0.72 h-1,n(CH4)∶n(PCl3)=6∶1条件下,Ni-Mg-Al-Ce四元类水滑石催化剂催化活性最好,三氯化磷转化率为15.91%,甲基二氯化磷选择性为90.23%,可连续化生产,具有很好的工业化应用前景。
A series of hydrotalcite- like compound catalyst contained Fe, Co, Ni, Cu were prepared using coprecipitation method doping additives of Y, Zr, La, Ce. Using fixed- bed reactor tests the catalytic properties of synthesis of methyldichlorophosphine, the process conditions were optimized. The results indicated that the Ni-Mg-A1 hydrotalcite catalyst made a good activity. The catalyst stability was improved obviously when doping with La, Ce. Ni-Mg- A1-Ce hydrotalcite catalyst had reached highest when Ni " Mg " A1 " Ce = 10 " 20 " 10 " 1, in the optimum conditions of 300℃, 1.0 MPa, WHSV (weight of reactant injected per weight of catalyst per hour) = 0.72 h^-1, and n( CH4 ) : n( PC13 ) = 6 " 1, the phosphorus trichloride conversion rate was 15.91%, and the MDP selectivity reached 90.23%. The reaction can be produced continuously and has a good prospect for industrial application.
