摘要
红外光谱分析中样品制备方法有薄膜法、压片法、液膜法等,本文尝试用溴化钾浸渍法应用于红外光谱的样品制备中,并与常规样品制备方法进行了比较,发现该法在处理固体、液体和油性样品均能得到的谱图效果好、重现性好、成本低,可广泛应用红外光谱测定中样品制备。溴化钾浸渍法优于传统方法,可通用于红外光谱检测各类样品的前期制备。
There are some traditional and classic methods for sample preparation of the infrared spectrum analysis, such as film method, pressing method, liquid film method, and so on. A new method, KBr immersion method, was applied into sample preparation of the infrared spectrum analysis. Compared with the result from some traditional methods, it was found that KBr immersion method can get the same reliable results. Moreover, this method can got good infrared spectrum and good reproducibility, low cost, and be available for treatment of solid, liquid and oil samples, this method was superior to the traditional method, it can be widely used in all kinds of sample preparation of infrared spectrum analysis.
