摘要
改进了冬虫夏草药材中腺苷的含量测定方法。采用WelehromC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以0.1%磷酸溶液(调pH2.8)-甲醇(95:5)为流动相;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:260nm。结果表明:腺苷在0.08432~0.42160μg(r=0.9998)范围内呈良好的线性关系;腺苷回收率为97.57%(RSD=0.83%)。本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于冬虫夏草的含量测定。
To improve the method for the determination of adenosine in Aweto by RP-HPLC, the samples were separated on Welchrom ClS column (4. 6 min×250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol and 0. 1% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detections were done at 260 nm and 25 ℃. The results showed that adenosine presented a good linear correlation in range of 0. 08432 - 0. 42160 μg ( r = 0. 9998 ). The average recoveries was 97.57% ( RSD = 0.83% ). This method was simple, precious and reproducible, could be used to determine adenosine in Aweto.
