高等院校教育实习现状的思考与建议

Thinking and Suggestions on the Present Situation of Internship in Teachers Colleges

教育实习是高等师范教育的重要实践课程。笔者通过对师范生教育实习的调查研究,发现目前高等院校教育实习在时间安排、组织实施、学生讲课、班主任工作等方面仍存在一些问题,针对这些问题,笔者就调整实习时间、提升实习生讲课能力和班主任管理能力以及构建科学的实习评价体系等方面提出相应建议,希望能提高等院校教育实习效果。

Educational practice is an important practical course in higher normal education. Through the investigation of the students＇ education practice, it was found that there were still some problems in the higher education practice, such as schedule, investment, student lectures, the teacher in charge work. Focuses on higher normal education internship in the primary and secondary education, thinking and suggestions for improving the educational internship from the experiences of training the interns of higher education were put forward.
