摘要 结合当前"卓越工程师教育"的背景,对当前化工专业工程师培养过程中存在的问题加以分析,有针对性地阐述了通过优化实践教学,提高卓越工程师工程实践能力和创新能力培养的必要性和途径,从主客观因素方面详细探讨了提高化工专业卓越工程师创新能力培养的主要措施。 The current problems existed in chemical engineers training system were analyzed. Combined with the background of outstanding engineers education, the necessity and approaches of training the engineering practice ability and innovation ability of excellent engineers were elaborated by optimizing practice teaching. To improve the innovation ability of chemical outstanding engineers, the main measures were discussed from the subjective and obiective faetors.
