摘要
采用种子乳液的聚合方法制备了核壳聚合物聚丙烯酸丁酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸共聚物P(BA/MMA—co--MAA),简称PBMMA,并研究了其对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)增韧的效果。乳化剂为0.3g的PBMMA添加到PBT后,使得PBT的缺口冲击强度提高3倍,共混体系的力学性能与种子阶段乳化剂的含量相关,SEM可以证实。
Poly (BA/MMA--co--MAA), PBMMA, with core--shell polymer was prepared by seeded emulsion polymer- ization. And we studied the modifier toughening poly (polybutylene terel^hthalate), PBT. When PBMMA add to PBT, with using 0.3g emulsifier, the Notched Charpy impact strength of PBMMA/PBT (20/100) reaches a maximal value, increased to 3 times compared with pure PBT resin. The mechanical results confirmed by DMA and SEM.
