摘要
本文通过对低温压力容器钢08Ni3DR焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验、埋弧焊焊接试验和SR热处理试验,分析了钢板焊接冷裂纹敏感性、焊接接头的综合力学性能及显微组织,结果表明武钢低温压力容器钢08Ni3DR具有优异的焊接性能,能够满足我国石油化工、化肥等行业-100℃使用环境的要求。
It was analyzed the sensitivity of weld cold crack, integrated mechanical properties of welded joint and micro- scopic structure, by welding cold cracking sensitivity test, submerged arc welding test and stress--relief heat treatment test of 08Ni3DR steel plate for low temperature pressure. It is found that the comprehensive welding performance of 08Ni3DR steel plate is excellent, and it is conformed to use in --100℃ environment on petrochemical industry, fertilizer industry, etc.
