摘要
介绍了扫描电镜和能谱仪在粉末冶金高速钢中夹杂物分析中的应用。通过扫描电镜和能谱仪,不仅能观察到金相试样和弯曲断1:7试样中的夹杂物形貌、尺寸,还能同时分析其成分,对研究夹杂物对粉末高速钢性能的影响有重要指导意义。
Applications of scanning electron microscope (SEM) with energy dispersive microanalysis (El)S) in analysis of nonmetallic conclusions in powder metallurgy high speed steels (PM HSS) are introduced in this paper. Micro--textures of nonmetallic conclusions in metallographic specimen and bending fractures can be observed, at the same time, point element a- nalysis can be obtained by using SEM with El)S, which can have instructive use in investigating the effects of nonmetallic con- clusions on the properties of PM HSS.
