人参皂苷Rg3对鼻咽癌放疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨人参皂苷Rg3对鼻咽癌放疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取鼻咽癌放疗患者共50例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组、Rg3组,每组25例。放疗结束后,分离各组患者外周血淋巴细胞。采用MTT法检测淋巴细胞增殖,流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞亚群,间接ELISA法检测Ig G、Ig M抗体水平及Th1/Th2细胞因子表达。结果人参皂苷Rg3可促进鼻咽癌放疗患者淋巴细胞增殖,上调CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、Ig G、Ig M、IL-2,下调CD8+、IL-6,并呈现剂量依赖性。结论人参皂苷Rg3可显著增强鼻咽癌放疗患者外周血淋巴细胞免疫功能,提示人参皂苷Rg3可作为潜在免疫增强剂,拮抗鼻咽癌放疗所致的免疫抑制。 Objective To evaluate the effect of carcinoma patients with radiotherapy. Methods ginsenoside-Rg3 on cellular immune function of nasopharyngeal 50 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy were ran- domly divided into Rg3 group ( n = 25 ) and control group ( n = 25 ). After the radiotherapy, the peripheral blood lymphocy of each group were collected. MTF method was used to detect lymphocyte proliferation. Lymphocyte sub- group was detected by Flow Cytometry/financal capacity model. IgG, IgM and Thl/Th2 cytokines was detected by ELISA. Results Ginsenoside Rg3 could promote the proliferation of lymphoeytes in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, upregulation of CD4+ , CD4 +/CD8 + , IgG, IgM, IL-2, downregulation of CD8 + , IL-6, and showed dose dependent. Conclusion Rg3 ginsenosides can significantly enhance the peripheral blood lymphocyte immune function of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy. Rg3 ginsenosides may be a potential im- mune immunosuppression caused by nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy enhancer antagonism.
