摘要
通过GRLWEAP软件对穿越深厚硬黏性土层工况的PHC桩进行成桩可行性分析,同时在工程现场开展高应变打桩监测试验。研究发现在硬黏性土地基条件下,PHC桩施打过程中因土塞效应产生的环向张力是造成桩身损伤的主要因素,在桩尖上加焊内环,并采取加水润滑等方法对保证桩身的完整性有很大的帮助。
PHC pile driven through deep and stiff clayey soil is analyzed by software GRLWEAP. High strain dynamic test is also carried out to monitor the piling process. The study finds that the radial tension caused by the plug effect is the main factor to damage the pile shaft when piling through stiff clayey soil. The pile shaft integrity could be guaranteed by welding an inner ring on the pile tip, and lubricating by means of adding water.
