摘要
译者胜任力构建对译者能力培养及翻译任务管理具有理论和现实意义。本研究在对相关文献进行共词分析的基础上,对专业译者进行了行为事件访谈,提取了译者胜任力特征词量表,然后对400名外语教师、职业译者和翻译方向研究生进行了大样本问卷调查。探索性因子分析表明,译者胜任力由认知能力、适应能力、职业素养、语言能力和操作能力等5个维度26个因子构成,验证性因子分析表明该模型拟合良好。
The construction of translators' competency contributes to the training of translators' competence and man- agement of translation tasks in the theoretical and practical perspectives. Based on the co-word analysis of the relevant literature, the behavioral event interview with professional translators is carried out and the feature words of translators' competency are retrieved. Then, 400 foreign language teachers, professional translators and postgraduates majoring in translation are surveyed by a questionnaire. The result of the exploratory factor analysis shows that translators' competency is composed of 5 dimensions (cognitive ability, adaptive capability, career competence, language competence and operational ability) and 26 factors, and the result of the confirmatory factor analysis shows that the outcomes of model fitting are good.
