The Research and Establishment of Painting Standards in High Speed Trains

高速动车组技术引进时带来的涂料相关标准来源于多个国家或公司,通过在动车组制造过程中,对引进的涂装文件和我国的涂装标准进行对比、理解、消化、吸收、再创新,根据我国高铁特殊的运行环境及涂装工艺装备水平的提高,形成了一套具有中国特色的高速动车组涂装标准,在高速动车组表面处理领域具有现实性的指导意义。

Related standard of coatings originated from various countries and companies when the technology of high speed trains was introduced. In this paper, the introduced coating files were compared with coatings standard in China to understand, digest, absorb and re-innovate them. coatings standards in high speed train with Chinese characteristics were established according to the special operation surroundings of Chinese high speed trains and improvement of coating facilities, which will possess guiding significance in surfaces coating of high speed trains.
