摘要
对球团带式焙烧机的设计,国内尚无系统化的设计理论。对鞍钢321.6m2、包钢162m2和京唐504m2带式焙烧机的介绍文献,也只是从设备使用效果、技术介绍和问题解决方法层面加以分析论述,而缺乏理论上的设计范畴内的系统化总结。通过鞍钢321.6m2、包钢162m2和京唐504m2球团带式焙烧机的设计、操控参数与球团矿产、质量的关系的分析,并参考国外的关于带式焙烧机设计的相关文献,总结出带式焙烧机设计的11个要点,与广大带式焙烧机设计者研讨。
There is not systemic design theory yet in land about pellet straight grate's design. The documentation in- troducing 321. 6 m2 pellet straight grate in Anshan, 162m2 pellet straight grate in Baotou, and 504m2 pellet straight grate in Jingtang, only have analysed and argumented equipmentrs activity effectiveness, technology technic accouter- ment and problem-solving method. But lacking theoretical regiment generalize about design rule. Throughing analysis the relation of 321.6,162 and 504 m2 pellet straight grate design, control parameter and spheric agglomerationrs out- put, qualitative, and reference foreign literature about straight graters design. Generalising eleven gists about straight graters design, in order to join discuss with other pellet straight grate designer.
