摘要
利用廉价的丙烷脱氢制丙烯是解决丙烯供应紧张问题的途径之一,研究优异性能的丙烷脱氢催化剂具有重要意义。采用分步浸渍法制备不同类型的丙烷脱氢催化剂Pt/Al2O3,在固定床反应器中考察助催化剂Sn、Ga、In和K对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,Pt-Sn/Al2O3催化剂性能略优于Pt-Ga/Al2O3和Pt-In/Al2O3,并且比较稳定。在Pt-Sn/Al2O3催化剂中加入适量K,可有效改善催化剂性能,但高温条件下积炭严重,有待深入研究和改进。
Propane dehydrogenation is one of the ways to solve the supply problem of propylene. There- fore, it is of great significance to study the catalysts with high performance for propane dehydrogenation. In this paper, different Pt/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by step-impregnation method. The effects of Sn, Ga, In and K promoters on the performance of Pt/Al2O3 catalysts were investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. The results showed that the performance of Pt-Sn/Al2O3 catalyst was better and more stable than those of Pt-Ga/Al2O3 and Pt- In/Al2O3 catalysts. In addition, the performance of Pt-Sn/Al2O3 catalyst could be effectively improved by adding an appropriate amount of K. However, the carbon deposition on Pt- Sn- K/ Al2O3 catalyst was more serious at high temperature, which needed to be further studied and improved.
