清肝泻火中药疗法治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效及安全性评价

Clinical efficacy and safety of clearing liver- fire traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of single blister viral keratitis

目的评价清肝泻火中药疗法治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将112例单疱病毒性角膜炎患者随机分为对照组52例（80只眼）和试验组60例（83只眼）。对照组予以阿昔洛韦滴眼液,每次0.05 mL,每天2次,0.5 mL为1个疗程,共2-3个疗程。试验组予以清肝泻火中药治疗,每天1剂,用3次煎煮的形式,第1,2次口服,第3次熏眼,5剂为1个疗程,共2-3个疗程。比较2组患者的临床疗效、视力以及不良反应发生率。结果试验组的临床总有效率98.79%显著高于对照组82.50%（P〈0.05）。治疗后,试验组的视力明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论清肝泻火中药疗法治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效显著,且不增加不良反应的发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of single blister viral keratitis.Methods One hundred twelve patients of single blister viral keratitis were randomly divided into control group（ n = 52,80 eyes） and treatment group（ n = 60,83 eyes）. Patients in control group were given acyclovir eye drops,each times was 0. 05 mL bid,a period of treatment was0. 5 mL with 2 to 3 periods. Patients in treatment group were given clearing liver- fire traditional Chinese medicine therapy,1 day 1 agent,3times with boiling form,the first and second oral,third smoked eyes,a period of treatment was 5 agents with 2 to 3 periods. Comparison of the clinical efficacy,vision and incidence of adverse drug reactions in two groups was performed. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（ 98. 79% vs 82. 50%,P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the vision was better than control group with statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions were not significantly different between two groups（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusion Clearing liver- fire traditional Chinese medicine therapy can improve the clinical efficacy without increasing the adverse drug reactions in the treatment of single blister viral keratitis.
