摘要 MicroRNA是一类长约18-22 nt的非编码小RNA,通过促进靶mRNA降解或抑制mRNA翻译对基因的表达进行调控,影响细胞的发育、增殖、分化、凋亡等。microRNA在肿瘤的形成发展中发挥癌基因或抑癌基因的作用,参与维持人体生理、病理活动。本文总结近年来microRNA在乳腺癌的发生、发展、早期诊断及乳腺癌转移中的作用,分析讨论microRNA在乳腺癌中的研究进展。 MicroRNA is a kind of about 18 to 22 nt long,non- coding small RNA,which regulates the expression of gene by promoting mRNA deregration or inhibiting mRNA translation,influencing cell growth,proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,etc. MicroRNA have the function of oncogenes or tumor suppressor in the formation and development of tumor,thus maintain normal physiological and pathological activities of human body. This review focus on the role of microRNA in the occurrence and development,early diagnosis and metastasis of breast cancer,and summarizes current research about microRNA and breast cancer.
