摘要
设计了一种采用人脸识别和称重方式相结合的智能客车超载检测系统,将车内的情况实时传送至交通管理部门,同时,将采集到的人脸面部特征经过压缩及加密处理,通过的无线网络传输通道,传输至公安机构的嫌疑人案事件系统,经过与案事件系统中嫌疑人数据库的图像数据对比,实现嫌疑人位置的确定,为公安部门打击犯罪和抓捕嫌疑人提供有力的破案支持。
This paper designs an intelligent passenger car overffeight detection system based on combination of face recognition?and weighting mode. This system can send in real time the internal situation of passenger car to the traffic control department, and transmit the collected face features after compressed and encrypted to the criminal suspect case event system of public security organization via wireless network transmission channel. Based on contrast of image data with that of the suspect case events database system,the suspect position is identified, which provides strong?support for public security department in crime fighting and suspect arrest.
