摘要
随着计算机和网络通信技术的飞速发展,办公自动化系统(O A系统)已成为管理信息系统中不可缺少的重要组成部分。通过企业在系统建设及应用过程中,利用OA系统改进管理理念、完善管理制度、提高工作效率、增强企业文化建设和增进员工沟通及交流,最终达到了提升企业核心竞争力的目的。为确保企业管理提升的持续性,还进一步分析了系统建设及应用过程中存在的问题,阐述了信息化建设中企业应关注的重点内容。
With the rapid development of computer and network communication technologies, Office Automation system (briefly called OA system here-in-after) becomes an important part of management information systems. The OA system, described in this paper, improves enterprise management concept and regulation, work efficiency, corporate culture construction, personnel communication, etc. to promote the enterprise core competitiveness. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the continuity of enterprise management promotion, the problems in the system construction and application are analyzed and the highlight contents to be focused are described as well.
