T细胞交叉反应性研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 T淋巴细胞是免疫系统的重要成分,执行特异性细胞免疫应答,在感染、肿瘤以及自身免疫病的免疫过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。初始T细胞通过其细胞膜表面的T细胞受体(Tcellreceptor,TCR)与抗原提呈细胞(antigenpresentingcell,APC)表面的抗原肽-主要组织相容性复合体(majorhistocompatibilitycomplex,MHC)复合物特异结合后,在其他辅助因素作用下,活化、增殖并分化为效应T细胞,进而完成对抗原的清除,以及对免疫应答的调节。
