基于ZigBee的接触网线索张力监测系统手持终端设计

摘要 为了满足铁路接触网张力补偿装置的应用需求,分析了弹簧补偿装置的使用优势,研究了Zig Bee通信原理及技术特点,以C8051F020单片机和Zig Bee芯片CC2530为核心,结合扩频芯片CC2591,设计了铁路接触网线索张力监测系统手持终端,确定了其基本功能和主要参数。重点研究了Zig Bee组网技术,对网络拓扑结构、节点功能、网络地址、组网过程进行了深入探讨,简单介绍了张力监测系统手持终端的人机交互过程。实际测试结果表明,所设计的张力监测系统手持终端工作稳定、可靠,可满足实际应用需求。 To satisfy the application requirement of railway catenary compensation devices,the advantage of spring compensators was analyzed,and the ZigBee communication principle and its technical characteristics were studied. With the C8051F020 microcontroller and CC2530 ZigBee chip at the core,combined with spread spectrum chip CC2591,the handheld terminal of the railway catenary clues tension monitoring system was designed,its basic functions and main parameters were confirmed. Focused on the ZigBee network technology,the network topology was studied deeply on,including node functions,the network address and the communication networking process. In addition,the human computer interaction process of the tension monitoring system handheld terminal. The actual test resuits show that the tension monitoring system handheld terminal was credible and stable,and can satisfy the demand of the practical application.
