摘要
针对当前时差法液体超声波流量计的复杂设计,及适合现场所需高精准的测量要求,设计了一款采用复杂逻辑可编辑器(CPLD)与单片机协同控制的超声波流量计。较详细地介绍了此流量计的工作原理,其主要的硬件电路设计,包括驱动电路、自动增益调节控制(AGC),及系统整体的时序逻辑分析。最终通过称重标定法,得出实验结果,并对其数据进行分析,验证了此系统具有精度高、误差小、重复性好的特点,完全能够满足工业现场的需要。
An ultrasonic liquid flowmeter was designed for the current situation of the complex design and the high precision required for on-site measurement requirments.This flowmeter is controlled cooperatively by complex programmable logic device (CPLD)and MCU.This paper given a more detailed description of the working principe of the flowmeter and the improved hardware circuit design,including driving circuit,antomatic gain control (AGC)and the temporal logic analysis of the whole system.Finally,by weighing calibration,we obtain a result of the experiment.h proved that this system has high precision,small error and good repeatability.So it is able to meet the needs of industrial site.
