摘要
外系统等效器是为配合飞行器测量系统在研发试验阶段进行功能测试的设备,其通用性与稳定性是设计关键。该系统设计了USB、PCI、以太网3种通信接口的外等效器系统,使其在应用中能适应不同接口设备。系统通过PCI接口、USB接口或以太网接口接收上位机下发命令,再通过背板转发给各功能板,产生相应的模拟、指令、RS485、PCM或脉冲等信号来模拟飞行器或弹上的各种参数,为测量系统提供需要的信号源。该设计可扩展性、通用性较强,与其他设备联试结果显示,该等效器可靠性高且功能稳定,已成功应用于某航天测试系统。
External system equivalent is a device for measuring the function in the development and testing phase of the aircraft measuring system. Its versatility and stability is the key of design. The system is designed USB,PCI,Ethernet three communication interface of the equivalent system,so that it can adapt to different interface device in application. The system through the PCI interface,USB interface and Etheruet interface to receive commands,then for- warded to the board through the backplane,produced the corresponding simulation,instruction,RS485,PCM or pulse signal to simulate all kinds of parameters of aircraft or missile,provides a signal source for measuring system. The design can be expanded and general purpose is stronger,combined with other equipment test results show that,with high reliability and stable function of the equivalent device,has been successfully applied to an aerospace test system.
