摘要 随着移动互联网技术的迅猛发展,移动互联网逐渐在工业控制领域发挥作用。该文介绍一种基于移动终端的液位测量系统。针对当前工业控制领域提出的分散测量点到现场并实现实时监控的要求,该方案采用手持移动终端设备,通过实现移动互联网与工业以太网相互间的通信来操控PLC设备,以达到解决这些问题的目的。按照此方案设计的系统,现场应用良好、性能稳定,测量结果准确率达到96.4%,达到预定效果。 With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,the mobile Internet is gradually play a role in the field of industrial control. This paper described a hydraulic-position measurement system based on mobile terminals. For the current industrial control requirements that scattered measurement points to the scene and real-time monitoring,we use handheld mobile terminals to control the PLC equipment and to achieve the purpose of solving these problems by the way of the communication between the mobile Internet and industry Ethemet. According to this scheme designed system has been implemented,good field application,stable,measurement accuracy rate was 96.4%,and achieve the intended effect.
