基于TRICON的延迟焦化流程操作安全控制系统设计

Design of a TRICON based operation safety control system for delayed coking processes

摘要 延迟焦化是重油加工的主要工艺,其流程对安全性要求高,包含频繁的间歇操作。本文在对延迟焦化流程工艺特征分析的基础上,利用具有"三重冗余"功能的TRICON系统设计了延迟焦化流程的安全控制系统。详细分析了控制系统的硬件配置、工艺步序设计、控制程序流程设计、程序的实现方法及控制设备的联锁保护等关键问题。此操作安全控制系统已经在某炼油企业成功投运,结果表明此系统具有安全性高、步序设计合理、界面友好、操作方便等优点。 Delayed coking is an important technology for heavy oil processing, which consists of numerous batch operations. It requires high reliability of its devices and control systems. The paper firstly analyzed the process characteristics of delayed coking; and then designed an operation safety control system for delayed coking processes using TRICON, a control system with triple modular redundancy. The key issues such as the hardware configuration of the control system, the process steps, the flowchart of the control software, the programming method and the interlocks are elaborated in detail. The newly designed operation safety control system has been implemented in an anonymous oil refinery of Sinopec. The results convince that the design of the safety control system is successful because of its high reliability, rationality of step design, friendly human machine interface, and operation conveniences.
