摘要
羰基镍工业生产现场提出了羰基镍浓度连续检测和远程监控的需求。利用电化学发光分析仪和计算机等硬件设备,基于Lab Windows/CVI平台开发了羰基镍发光分析报警软件。首先介绍了报警软件的系统框架及检测流程,然后根据软件需求完成了软件的模块设计,重点介绍了报警软件连续检测的实现、远程监视的数据传输。羰基镍发光分析报警软件建立了计算机与仪器之间的串口通讯,设计了软件数据库,使用了虚拟仪器技术,并基于TCP函数库,实现了羰基镍浓度的远程监视。
According to the demand for continuous detection and remote monitoring of the nickel carbonyl concentration in factory, a system continuously detecting the nickel carbonyl concentration was designed, using LabWindows/CVl as the software development tool, and using electrochemiluminescence (ECL) working station, computer, etc, as the hardware. Firstly, the hardware architecture of the system and the detection process was introduced. Second, the software module was designed according to the software requirement. At last, the implementation of continuously detecting and remote monitoring was described. The system established the serial communication between computer and ECL analysis system, designed the database, and achieved continuous detection and remote monitoring of the nickel carbonyl concentration by virtual instrument technology and TCP library.
