针对浮式天然气净化的分层变压吸附法应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对海上作业的特殊性,提出了一种新型分层变压吸附法进行天然气净化,可以在CH4/CO2/N2三组分粗合成气中富集CH4气体。该变压吸附过程在传统方法的基础上,将吸附床分为两层,第一层以活性炭为吸附剂用以去除CO2杂质,第二层以分子筛为吸附剂用以去除N2杂质。运用Aspen adsorption软件对变压吸附过程进行模拟。模拟结果表明,经过双层变压吸附后,CH4产品气的纯度达到98.7%,产气回收率为89%。 According to the particularity operation conditions on the sea, a new kind of layered pressure swing adsorption for natural gas purification was put forward in this paper, which can enrich the CH4 gas in the crude synthesis gases of CH4/CO2/N2. Based on the traditional methods of pressure swing adsorption processes, the adsorption bed was divided into two layers. The first layer of adsorbent was used to remove impurities of CO2 by activated carbon, and the second layer was used to remove impurity of N2 by molecular sieve. The adsorption process was simulated with Aspen adsorption software. The simulation results show that the purity of product gas CH4 can reach 98.7 %, and the production recovery rate is 89 %.
