复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的临床分析

Clinical analysis of compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of eczema dermatitis

目的:分析复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的治疗效果。方法:选取湿疹皮炎类皮肤病100例,随机分为对照组50例与观察组50例。对照组采用醋酸曲安奈德尿素软膏治疗,观察组采用复方氟米松软膏治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率、不良反应发生率优于对照组。结论:采用复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病,效果明显,不良反应较少。

Objective： To analyze the effect of compound flumetasone ointment on the treatment of eczema dermatitis. Methods： 100 cases of eczema and other skin diseases were selected and random- ly divided into the control group （50 cases） and the observation group （50 cases）. The control group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea ointment, while the observation group were with compound Flumetasone Ointment. Then curative effect of both groups were compared. Re sults. The total effective rate and the adverse reaction rate of the observation group were better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Compound flumetasone ointment is more effective in the treatment of eczema dermatitis and it brings about less adverse reactions.
