芦荟提取物抑菌活性及相关性研究

Antibacterial activity of aloe extract and its relevant research

目的:研究芦荟提取物的抑菌活性。方法:采用乙醇提取芦荟皮和叶肉的有效成分,K-B法进行体外抑菌实验观察芦荟提取物的抑菌效果。结果:库拉索芦荟提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌均没有抑菌环形成。结论:库拉索芦荟提取物没有明显的抑菌作用。

Objective： To study the antibacterial activity of aloe extract. Methods： Extracting the useful composition of aloes including its skin and mesophyll by using ethanol, and K-B method was used to carry out bacteriostasis in vitro to observe the antibacterial effect of aloes. Results： The re suits showed that Aloe barbadensis Mill had not formed obvious antibiotic rings on staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and P. aeruginosa. Conclusion： Aloe barbadensis Mill does not have obvious bacteri- ostasis effect on staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and P. aeruginosa.
