N末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)是脑利钠肽(BNP)的同源代谢产物,具有稳定性好、半衰期长等优点,是一个近年来常用的评价心功能的敏感、稳定的指标,与BNP相比更能有效反映心功能受损情况。现就NT-proBNP在心力衰竭的应用进展做一综述。

N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP） is the homologous metabolites of BNP, possessing the advantage of better stability and longer halftime. NT-proBNP is a commonly used sensitive and stable indicator in recent years in the evaluation of cardiac functions, it can more effectively reflect the situation of the impaired heart function than BNP. The article focuses on the clinical application of NT-proBNP in heart failure.
