晚期肺癌合并上腔静脉压迫综合征患者冲击放疗的护理

Care of Shock Radiotherapy in Patients with Terminal Lung Cancer Complicated with Superior Vena Cava Compression Syndrome

目的:分析晚期肺癌合并上腔静脉压迫综合征患者冲击放疗的护理效果。方法:选取2012年3月-2014年4月本院晚期肺癌合并上腔静脉压迫综合征患者60例,按入院顺序平均分成对照组和干预组两组,每组各30例,对照组给予临床基础性护理,如:病情观察、呼吸道护理等;干预组给予临床综合性护理,如:基础护理、放疗护理、呼吸道护理、对症护理等,比较两组患者护理效果。结果:经护理后,干预组症状好转率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的73.3%;观察组护理满意度为96.7%,明显高于对照组的76.7%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:晚期肺癌合并上腔静脉压迫综合征患者临床治疗过程中实施综合性护理干预措施,可缓解患者压迫症状,改善生活现状,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of shock radiotherapy in patients with terminal lung cancer complicated with superior vena cava compression syndrome. Method： 60 patients with lung cancer complicated with superior vena cava syndrome were selected in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2014, according to the order of admission they were divided into two groups of the control group and the intervention group, 30 cases in each group.The control group was given clinical nursing, such as observation and respiratory tract nursing; intervention group was given clinical comprehensive nursing, such as basic nursing, nursing care of respiratory tract, radiotherapy and symptomatic care, the nursing effects of two groups were compared.Result： After nursing, the symptom improvement rate of intervention group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than the control 73.3% of group, nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 76.7% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Terminal lung cancer complicated with superior vena cava compression syndrome in patients with clinical treatment in the process of implementing the comprehensive nursing intervention measures, can alleviate patients＇ compression symptoms, improve the state of life, it has great significance and it is worth promoting.
