Objective: To observe the improved conditions of related indexes of two pad methods combined with back stretching reset in the treatment of senile simple thoracolumhar fractures.Method: 86 patients with senile simple thoraeolumhar fractures in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected md randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. After the treatment of back stretching reset, the treatment group was treated with five kernel cooling iron drug pillow and the control group was treated with ordinary cotton pillow. The pain scores, anterior edge compression ratios, Cobb's angles and treatment effects before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result: lweek, 2 and 3 weeks after treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P〈O.05 ).2 weeks and 3 months after treatment, the Cobb's angle and anterior edge compression ratio of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) .The time when they left hospital and 3 months after treatment, the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Five kernel cooling iron drug pillow combined with back stretching reset in the treatment of senile simple thoracolnmbar fractures can obviously reduce the early pain and increase the recovery effect.
