摘要
电液伺服阀是飞控系统的核心元件,其设计过程中涉及到多种建模、仿真工具的使用,包括UG,ANSYS、CFD、AMESim、Simulink等,同时存在大量的数据和命令的交互。在传统设计过程中,需要对这些仿真流程进行分别独立分析,同时不断修改模型、切换软件,存在大量的重复操作,严重浪费时间。该文建立了一种多学科集成仿真平台,对偏转板伺服阀设计过程中常用的仿真模型进行集成,将偏转板伺服阀的设计过程简化为操作方便、流程固化的基本过程,降低仿真工具的使用难度,实现偏转板伺服阀设计中典型仿真过程的模块化,减少相似仿真过程的建模时间,避免了重复工作,有利于提高仿真工作的效率。
Several simulation software are used for many times in the design of deflect jet servo valve, including UG, ANSYS, Fluent, AMESim and Simulink, within which there are too many transformation of data and command. In past design process, frequently editing and running of the tools and models are necessary, which result in a great waste of time. In this paper, one integrated multi-subject simula- tion tool are proposed, by which the general model are integrated together, the integrated simulation tool is configured based on the ISIGHT software, so that the simulation tools can be run in one platform in order to improve the working efficiency.
