摘要 大型风力发电机组的液压系统和刹车制动机构是一个有机整体,是风电机组安全运行的重要保证。在变桨距风力发电机组中,液压系统的主要任务是执行机组的高速轴刹车和偏航刹车。通过对液压系统原理分析和功能介绍,有利于液压系统的日常维护,迅速排查故障,从而保障风电机组安全可靠运行。 The hydraulic system of large wind turbines and brake mechanism is an organic whole, is an important guarantee for the safe oper- ation of wind turbine generator. In the variable pitch wind turbines, the main task of the hydraulic system is a high speed shaft brake and yaw brake. Through the introduction of the principle of the hydraulic system analysis and function, is conducive to the daily maintenance of hydraulic system, rapid troubleshooting, so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the wind turbines.
