医疗高科技的不确定性及其应对策略——以医学影像诊断为例

The Uncertainty of High Medical Technology and Its Countermeasures:a case study of medical imaging diagnosis

随着现代科技的进步,医疗高科技日新月异,并在临床诊断和治疗中发挥了越来越重要的作用。与此同时也出现了一味重视仪器数据,对医学高科技缺乏理性、盲目信任等问题。本文探讨了医学高科技不确定性的哲学基础,并以医学影像技术为例,进一步从主观因素和客观因素深层剖析了医学科学图像的不确定性,以此呼吁人们对医疗高科技形成理性认知,树立正确的科学技术应用理念,并提出若干医疗高科技不确定性的应对策略。

With the advancement of modern technology, medical technology has been changing dramatically and played an increasingly important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Meanwhile, a series of problems have appeared, such as people overly stress on data from the instrument, blindly trust medical technologies, and lack of rational cognition for them. This paper explores the philosophical elements of the uncertainties in medical technologies, taking the imaging technology as an example, and further analyzes the uncertainties of medical imaging both from external factors and internal factors. Therefore, the paper calls for people should have a rational recognition towards medical technology and establish a correct concept of science and technology. Finally, the paper puts forward several countermeasures to the uncertainties of medical technology. 
