屈螺酮炔雌醇对药物流产术后并发症的临床疗效分析

The Effect in Patients after Medical Abortion Using Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol

探讨屈螺酮炔雌醇对于药物流产术后患者的疗效评价。检索自1994年1月-2014年11月各大数据库内相关随机对照试验（RCT），对纳入文献进行Meta分析。最终纳入7篇RCT，共1398例患者，其中试验组患者677例、对照组患者721例。对照组患者药物流产后予以常规治疗，试验组患者在对照组基础上予以屈螺酮炔雌醇口服。Meta分析结果显示：相比对照组患者，开展屈螺酮炔雌醇的药物流产术后患者，其术后的阴道出血时间显著缩短；阴道出血量较大的人数显著减少；月经复潮时间显著缩短。屈螺酮炔雌醇应用于药物流产术后患者，可显著缩短阴道出血时间、降低阴道出血量、缩短月经复潮时间，其疗效确切，值得临床推广。

By retrieving from within the major databases from January 1994 to November 2014 during the relevant randomized controlled trials （RCT）, the quality of the included studies were rigorous assessment and data extraction, Meta-analysis included studies. Eventually included seven RCT, a total of 1 398 cases of patients in the experimental group were 677 cases, 721 cases of patients in the control group. Control group patients after medical abortion be conventional treatment, patients in the experimental group to be drospirenone oral ethinyl estradiol in the control group basis. Meta-analysis showed that： compared to the control group of patients, conduct drospirenone ethinyl estradiol abortion patients whose postoperative bleeding time was significantly shortened; vaginal bleeding was significantly greater reduction in the number of people; menstruation time was significantly shorten. Drospirenone ethinyl estradiol applied to abortion patients, can significantly shorten the bleeding time and reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, shorter menstruation time, its efficacy, worthy of promotion.
