摘要 聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)涂层剂用于聚苯硫醚(PPS)过滤材料整理时存在不能连续成膜并且粘结性能较差等问题,针对这一问题,在PTFE涂层剂中添加粘合剂和环氧树脂助剂,制备PTFE复合涂层剂。通过对PTFE复合涂层剂干燥后所得薄膜的力学性能、抗氧化性能以及粘结性能测试,分析粘合剂和环氧树脂对PTFE涂层剂性能的影响。结果表明:添加质量分数为20%的粘合剂和环氧树脂能使PTFE涂层剂形成连续薄膜。添加环氧树脂能增加薄膜的断裂强力,且有较好抗氧化性能。综合分析得出添加25%粘合剂/环氧树脂的PTFE复合涂层剂具有较好的粘结性能,所成薄膜有良好的力学性能和一定的抗氧化性能。 When PTFE coating agent was used for finishing of PPS filter material,there existed the discontinuous film forming and poor adhesion problems. For solving these problems,binder and epoxy were added to prepare PTFE com- posite coating agent. By testing mechanical properties, oxidation resistance and adhesion properties of the film of PTFE composite coating agent,analyzed the effect of hinder and epoxy on properties of PTFE coating agent. The results showed that mass fraction of 20% binder and epoxy addition contributed to form a continuous film of PTFE coating. Adding the ep- oxy can increase film's breaking strength and improve antioxidant properties. Through comparative analysis,it was obtained that PTFE composite coating agent with 25 % binder/epoxy had good adhesive properties. Its film also had better mechanical properties and antioxidant properties.
