摘要
采用热致相分离技术(TIPS)制备了聚左旋乳酸(PLLA)/介孔硅(MSNs)复合纳米纤维支架。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了支架的微观形貌;用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了支架的结晶情况;用热重分析仪(TGA)分析了支架的热力学性能;采用了接触角测试仪测量了支架的亲疏水性。结果表明:当MSNs含量小于5%时,其在复合支架内能均匀分散,且不影响支架的纳米纤维结构。低含量MSNs的引入,对支架的结晶性能、亲疏水性能均无明显影响,但是降低了其热学稳定性。总之,MSNs的加入对纳米纤维支架的性能没有明显的影响,但是赋予了支架一个药物分子或者生长因子的控释载体。
The poly(L-iactic acid)(PLLA)/mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs) composite nanofibrous scaffolds were prepared by using thermally induced phase separation(TIPS) technology. The morphology and structure of the ob- tained scaffolds were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). X-ray diffractometry(XRD) was used to analyze the crystallization property. Thermogravimetry(TGA) was used to characterize the thermodynamic property. At last, the hydrophobicity property of scaffolds was characterized by contact angle tests. The results showed that MSNs were uniformly dispersed in the scaffolds and had no effect on the nanofibrous structure when the content of MSNs was less than 5 %. In addition, the introduce of low content of MSNs had no significant effect on the crystallization and hydrophobicity properties of scaffolds compared with the neat PLLA scaffolds,but reduced the thermal stability of scaffolds. Taken together, the addi- tion of MSNs had no marked effect on the properties of scaffolds, but endowed the scaffolds with the optimal controlled releasing of therapeutic agents or growth factors.
