摘要
利用一步法制备了MgO/Al2O3/MCM-41吸附剂,采用XRD、氮吸附和CO2-TPD等手段表征了材料的结构特征和表面性质。研究发现,负载前后样品都具有有序的介孔孔道结构,介孔材料的孔道仍高度有序,对CO2的吸附能力较纯MCM-41有明显的改善。当负载量为20%时,对CO2的吸附量最大。吸附量经过3次循环测试,未见明显下降。
MgO/A12O3/MCM-41 adsorbent was prepared by direct synthesis. The structure and surface properties of prepared materials were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, and CO2-TPD. It was found the mesoporous framework was well preserved even loading with MgO and Al2 O3. The CO2 uptakes could be significantly improved when the loading was 20 wt%. Moreover, the materials had high thermal stability and showed their promising performance in practical application.
