摘要
通过加入两种不同层间距纳米有机蒙脱土(OMMT)在双螺杆挤出机上运用熔融共混方法制备尼龙(PA)1010/纳米CaCO3/OMMT三元纳米复合材料,以差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对PA1010纳米复合材料的非等温结晶行为和熔融行为进行研究,确定重要参数。结果发现,OMMT的加入促进了晶核的生成,同时提高了PA1010的结晶温度,使得结晶度提高。层间距小的OMMT会使PA1010纳米复合材料基体的结晶度增加,熔点下降,熔融峰向低温区偏移,结晶更加完善。
Polyamide 1010(PA1010)/nanometer calcium carbonate(nano-CaCOa)/organic montmorillonite(OMMT) ternary nanoeomposites with two kinds of different interlayer spacing OMMT were prepared by melt blending polymeriza- tion via SHJ-36 twin-screw extruder. And non-isothermal crystallization and melting behavior of PAl010 ternary nanoeom- posites were tested by DSC to obtain a series important kinetics parameters. As a result,adding OMMT boosted nucleation as well as increased crystallization temperature and erystallinity of PAl010 at the same time. And smaller interlayer spacing OMMT had ability to boost nucleation and crystallization growth of PA1010,and simultaneously declined melting tempera- ture of PAl010 which caused movement of melting peak towards lower temperature in order to more perfect crystallization.
