摘要
采用连接分子1-芘丁酸琥珀酰亚胺酯(PASE)和大肠杆菌抗体对碳纳米管场效应晶体管(CNTFET)进行修饰,制备出针对大肠杆菌检测的生物传感器。通过扫描电镜发现有连接分子修饰的CNTFET对大肠杆菌有很好的吸附效果,且根据检测大肠杆菌过程中CNTFET源漏电极之间电阻的变化特点,发现仅有连接分子修饰的CNTFET对大肠杆菌有很好的响应效果。另外,用CNTFET检测不同浓度的大肠杆菌时,随着大肠杆菌浓度的增加,源漏电极之间的电阻也越来越大,证明了以CNTFET为基础的生物传感器检测大肠杆菌的可能性。
We the linker and Escherichia coil O157: H7 antibody was used to modify the CNTFET, and the CNT- FET biosensor for Escherichia coli O157:H7 detection was obtained. SEM results showed that CNTFET modified by linker had good adsorption effect on Escherichia coli O157:H7. According to the change of resistance between the electrodes, the CNTFET modified by linker only had good response effect was found. Besides,after introduction of Escherichia coli O157:H7 at various concentrations caused a sharp increase in the source-drain resistance,and the resistance increased with the increase of the concentration of Escherichia coli O157:H7 solution, which indicated the possibility of CNTFET biosensor to detect Escherichia coil O157: H7.
